We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Media Advisor who wants to be in the market, working with business owners, building strategy, and directly impacting growth.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role.
This is a build-something-that-matters role.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with local businesses to understand how they grow—and then build marketing strategies that help them do it better.
Your work will include solutions like:
- Search marketing
- Targeted display
- Paid social
- Video
- Audio
But tools are not the focus.
Your responsibility is helping clients connect those tools to outcomes like:
- Website traffic
- Phone calls
- Store visits
- Brand awareness
- Revenue growth
Success in this role means your clients see—and believe in—the results you help create.
What You’ll Own
Business Development & Growth
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Identify growth opportunities and create strategic marketing plans
- Consistently develop new business while growing existing accounts
Strategy & Execution
- Design customized marketing solutions that go beyond “packages”
- Position ideas in a way clients understand and trust
- Ensure campaigns align with real business goals—not just activity
Client Relationships
- Become a trusted marketing partner, not just a vendor
- Communicate performance and optimize over time
- Help clients make smarter decisions with their marketing investment
